With summer around the corner, many of us have plans for travel away from home, and it may be tough to find a CrossFit box nearby to get our sweat on. You’re in luck! Below are 10 of my favorite WOD’s to do when I’m traveling.

Push, Sit, and Squat

10 Rounds for time
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 squats


8 Rounds for time
200m sprint
10 squats
10 pushups
Rest 1:00 (after 8 rounds)
4K Run to finish


Tabata Squats and Tabata Push-ups

8 Rounds
20 seconds of squats
10 seconds of rest

8 Rounds
20 seconds of push-ups
10 seconds of rest


100 Burpees for Time

Just that...100 burpees for time


8 x 400m Run

Run 8 x 400m
90 seconds rest between


Run and Squats

4 Rounds for time
400m run
50 air squats


Traveling Cindy

20 minute AMRAP
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 squats


Annie (jump rope required)

Double unders


Lunging Mile

Run 1 mile
20 lunges on every minute
