Loud City Remix is a 6-week fitness program offering solutions utilizing bodyweight movements, light resistance training, conditioning, and easy to implement nutritional concepts to help build the foundations of fitness.

Classes begin January 7.

We believe in functional movements which translate to activities outside of the gym. Movements include bodyweight and light resistance training utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands.

Conditioning typically comes in the form of rowing, biking, and running. We use a variety of time durations, intervals, and intensity levels to achieve results.

Our nutritional approaches give you direction without overwhelming you with dietary restrictions and limitations. We believe in small steps which lead to lasting change. We provide recommendations with accountability and a flexible approach.
