Step One

Free Fitness Assessment

Book a Free Fitness Assessment at CrossFit Loud City with one of our certified trainers. First, will give you a tour of our facility. Then we will answer any questions you may have as well as talk about your health and fitness goals. In addition, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

Step Two

3 Training Sessions - $100

After your initial Free Fitness Assessment, we will pair you with a coach for 3 semi-private sessions utilizing CrossFit methodologies, focusing on bodyweight movements and light weight implements.

Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience! 

Step Three

Group Fitness Classes

At the completion of the 3 Training Sessions the remainder of your month is free and you are welcome to join any of our group classes or open gym times. During every group class our trainers are teaching the movements and continuing to monitor your technique. We want to make sure you are comfortable each time you workout.
